Aquatic Science? Environmental Science? Global Science ? Call it what you want, but we have a new science class at White Oak High School. I am thrilled to take this challenge on as we explore our world, and how we as humans have had an impact on it.

I will be updating this blog, and adding lesson plans, power point note presentations, and other information to help you follow along as we enter this journey together.

Objective : Focus on the variety of contaminants that may be present in the water supply, where they come from, and what risks they pose. Students research which pollutants are tested for in their local water supply and compare their results to EPA standards.
